About Wanda

My name is Wanda Alberts. I am a Wife, Volunteer, Paralegal, and Co-Owner of Digital Ninjas Media, Inc.

I attend Souls Harbor Church under Pastor Gary Fuhrer, who is also my brother. The church started Souls Harbor Food Pantry in 2003, which is where Tailored To Hire began.

Assisting friends, family and acquaintances prepare for interviews was something I have done for many years. After my church began the food pantry, I began contacting several area employment agencies and regularly checked newspapers and job boards for open positions. I organized the information to be easily accessible for the individuals in the pantry, as many of them were jobless.

After working as an Office Manager and participating in the hiring process, my desire to help others improve their interviewing skills grew. In February of 2008 I formally submitted to the Church a proposal to start Tailored To Hire as an outreach program under the Church. They agreed.

I am grateful for the opportunity to help others, and humbled by the path God has put me on. I cannot guarantee any job placement, but know that “God will supply all our need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:19
